We have published a new club calendar! (in the menu) This is a central place to keep track of all our various events. Speaking of events we have two big ones this week, First we have the launch of the all new 2010 Honda Insight at Midlands Honda on Tuesday, March 24, 2009. The Insight originally launched in as a 2000 model and was designed for maximum fuel efficiency and still has yet to be matched by any production car. The vehicle exited production in 2006. Four years later and the Insight is ready for a major re introduction as a hybrid for everyone; and what it no longer achieves the ultimate in fuel efficiency, it makes up for with functionality and great pricing. On Saturday the 28th we will participate in our second Earth Fare Spring event, last year we had great success with the Earth Day celebration and that event is also when we launched this website, first posting. We took two hybrids last year a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid and a 2008 HCHII with navigation. This year we plan to take two hybrids again, we will have a 2009 HCHII w/ Navi and depending on supply a 2010 Honda Insight! Earth Fare’s Press release follows after the jump.
